White Water Rafting
Looking to get wet in a totally fun and adventurous way? Rafting is for you, Whistler has several close by rivers than can give you from an afternoon to a full day of adventure on a river with rapids and spectacular scenery. There are different levels and very professional rafting companies in town that can give you a watery thrill. Good for all ages.
Sky Line
A sky line with a difference – a tandem cable line experience based at Cougar Mountain. You can ride side by side for an exhilarating thrill for up to speed’s of 100km’s per hour on six different tandem cable systems. Connecting these cable’s is a trail network including a 150ft suspension bridge with beautiful scenery.
ATV Tours
The area in around Whistler provides many opportunities for some great ATV riding. There are many companies that base themselves here in Whistler that provide from gentle nature viewing ATV riding to serious hardcore riding with all levels in between.
Golf
Whistler has 3 beautiful first class golf courses – Whistler Golf Course, The Fairmont’s Golf Course & The Nicklaus North Golf Club. In the surrounding area there is also several close by – Big Sky in Pemberton & Furry Creek near Squamish.
Whistler Mountaineer
The Sea to Sky corridor is truly one of the most spectacular passage ways from Vancouver to Whistler. The Whistler Mountaineer train is a beautiful way to experience this unique corridor. From traveling along with the mountains on one side and the ocean on the other to twisting through ravines along side the Cheakamus river, this train will leave you in awe at the beauty British Columbia has to offer. Leaving Nth Vancouver and arriving in Whistler in 3 hours later - its time well spent.
Float Plane Air Tours
Leaving from Green Lake here in town – you have a multitude of choices of spectacular float plane tours to take. It could be a glacier tour – flying over the Garibaldi Provincial Park viewing amazing glaciers nestled in between spectacular volcanic rock formations, alpine meadows and pristine high alpine lakes. If you so desire you can arrange to land at one of these lakes for a picnic and then be whisked off over waterfalls.

Whistler offers the open chair lift the “Peak” to take you to the Peak of Whistler Mountain along with the gorgeous mountain top hiking trails.

Located just south of Whistler a 53 meter (160ft) bungee bridge has been carefully constructed over a ravine with the Cheakamus river flowing below. This all sets the scene for seriously adrenalin packed adventure.
