Whistler Valley trails

When we want to leave our big bikes at home and get some good old cardio in here at mountain adventures we turn to valley trail network. With over 300kms of trails the valley has a ride for everyone.

The wonderful thing about whistler valley is the variety of trails that’s offered. There so many it would take a very, very long time to get bored here (and you end up with the nick name mountain goat), its once again a world class - setting the standard for other resorts!

“One moto that always comes to my mind in whistler is - what go’s up must come down”.
Colin Travers Mountain Adventures Guide

Mountain Adventures Favorites: (wear do we begin!)

River Runs Through It - Intermediate to Advanced
You may have heard of this one. Its well know and well respected for a reason! Winding its way along side a river which it cross’s with an awesome log bridge River is a collection of ladders, log rides, teeter totters, man made and natural tricks, very popular a must on the do list!

Binty’s – this is one of my personal favorites - Intermediate
Ever heard the expression ‘earn your turns’ – well Binty’s fits into this category. With a steep but achievable heat rate raiser of climb that ends with a panoramic view of the valley, Whistler & Blackcomb mountains you are truly awarded with the downward turns. With switch back after switch back you get some great speed and flow in this trail.

Tunnel Vision - Intermediate to Advanced
Tunnel Vision has great mix of technical & flow. A rock face, some ramps in which you get some serious air off (or go around with smaller ramps) this ride has something for everyone and that’s why we like it!!

Kill Me Thrill MeAdvanced
The name says it all! With lots of rock, ladders, bridges and a well know rock descent section Kill Me Thrill me has not killed any of us but sure has thrilled us!

Lost Lake Trail’sBeginners to Intermediate
If your just new to mountain biking or like something a little less ‘heart in mouth’ there is a great trail network in the Lost Lake area. Lost Lake has smooth wide open trails in a spectacular settings ideal for family or the casual pleasure rider. But there is more to the area, with a great single track woven into the Lost Lake Park. If you’re getting into the single track this is the ideal playground to start. A lot of work has been put into these trails to give them great flow. As well as being a great place to start your single track adventures, the more experienced should not leave this area off your list there lots of fun to be had here with new bridges and harder options its great area to progress your skills.

This just a mere selection of our favorites, we can arrange guided tours or just directions to get to the rides, and then you can make your own favorites list.
